• FHI 360 is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. • Responsible for implementing and building campaigns on biddable media platforms. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results. • Mentor paid media team members as needed. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in paid media buying and campaign management. • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar paid media campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and the general digital advertising ecosystem. • Proficiency in hands-on media buying platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). • Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
