β’ 7-10 year experience in paid performance marketing with a focus on running ad campaigns for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle clients is highly desired. β’ Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. β’ Build and maintain a strong professional relationship with the wider marketing team and external partners. β’ Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and learn. β’ Experience with performance systems and technology platforms (e.g. META, Affiliate Rakuten, Mountain CTV, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Yotpo & product feeds). β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. β’ Curiosity and passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
