By participating in DC SCORES, young individuals develop healthy lifestyles, engage actively in their education, and build the confidence and character needed to positively impact their communities. The organization creates neighborhood soccer teams, where participants, known as poet-athletes, build strong bonds and support networks. During the fall season, they engage in poetry to express themselves creatively and enhance their social and emotional well-being. In the spring, they apply teamwork skills to community service projects, tackling issues they explored in their poetry. DC SCORES aims to reach every Title 1 elementary and middle school in the District by 2030, fostering young leaders and creating a supportive community throughout their journey.

β€’ Ditto is on a mission to unleash the full power of edge devices by removing all the plumbing required to build amazing applications. β€’ We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager with deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and a background in early-stage startups to join our team. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted demand generation strategies that align with our ABM framework, driving high-quality leads and contributing directly to our sales pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in demand generation, including at least 2+ years in ABM roles within B2B software companies. β€’ Must have experience working with early-stage startups (Series A, Series B) and demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation programs from scratch. β€’ Expertise in managing marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) to drive successful campaigns. β€’ Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams and contributing directly to pipeline growth through ABM strategies. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign performance data and pivot strategies accordingly. β€’ Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration. β€’ A deep understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle and experience in running demand generation programs that resonate with C-suite executives.
