β€’ Ensures highest level of support for customer inquiries β€’ Resolves difficult and unique customer questions and complaints β€’ Performs root cause analysis to determine underlying issues β€’ Serves as liaison between customers and management β€’ Ensures accurate and up-to-date records and reports β€’ Defines and leads implementation of Customer Care continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma/GED β€’ 7+ years previous clerical or administrative experience required β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required β€’ Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.) β€’ Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time β€’ 9+ years of clerical or administrative experience in the automotive industry preferred
