Description
• Responsible for designing functional and emotional moments in customer journeys. • Work with CX organization to identify opportunities for value delivery. • Create detailed journey maps and service blueprints. • Facilitate stakeholder groups and promote UX strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years experience in a related field. • Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted. • Strong knowledge of Adobe CC suite and Microsoft PowerPoint. • Proficiency in creating customer journey maps and service blueprints. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
