Description

• Engage with customers through emails, chats, social media, and calls. • Keep up-to-date with products and promotions to provide support. • Address customer concerns regarding orders and product assembly. • Proactively follow up with customers post-interaction. • Creatively solve issues that arise after sales • Work with the operations team to fulfill special orders. • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency. • Adapt quickly to evolving job requirements.

Requirements

• One year of experience • Comfortable with innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential • Availabilities from 8AM to 12AM EST, 7 days a week (40h week)
