β€’ The Account Manager is responsible for selling Software, Hardware and Services β€’ Ensure all agreed sales targets are met or exceeded β€’ Foster and develop strong relationships with current customer accounts β€’ Drive back to base sales within the allocated accounts β€’ Provide a consultative approach to customers β€’ Liaise with internal teams to improve customer experience β€’ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Company's product portfolio β€’ Meet/exceed sales and attrition targets β€’ Develop and maintain account plans offering a consultative approach β€’ Assist with devising and implementing lead generation activities β€’ Prepare and present quotations/proposals to sales opportunities β€’ Maximise profit on all potential sales opportunities β€’ Provide excellent customer service to clients β€’ Participate in team meetings and attend industry trade shows as required.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience selling software solutions within Public Sector & Education β€’ Hold a degree or relevant qualification is desirable β€’ Proven record in selling business application software β€’ Relevant professional sales training and experience β€’ A good degree of computer literacy and technical competency. β€’ High degree of self-motivation β€’ Energy and enthusiasm β€’ Honesty and integrity β€’ Strong customer service mindset β€’ Goal orientation β€’ Professionalism and persistence with ability to overcome obstacles and setbacks β€’ Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales β€’ Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills β€’ The ability to build and foster business relationships β€’ Good understanding of technology and how it is applied in business β€’ Demonstrable evidence of organising customer accounts and projection implementation.
