📋 Description

• Oversees systems. • Develops and maintains a functional knowledge of services maintained by the office. • Oversee and monitor company safety web portal to ensure adherence to customer expectations. • Review completed surveys to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, customer, and company requirements are being met. • Keep current of compliance developments within or outside the company. • Collaborate with the company management to identify field training and client opportunities for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent education, training or work-related experience • Strong knowledge of Company policies and procedures • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects • Ability to work effectively with minimal to no supervision • Ability to interface effectively with various levels within the company • Must work well with a team • Excellent written and verbal skills • Must have a strong attention to detail
