📋 Description
• Lead and execute the delivery of student services functions for the Virtual Campus • Manage student advising staff and analyze student registration • Provide oversight of new student orientation and issue resolution • Foster a collaborative environment and consult with other departments
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university • Master’s degree preferred • Five (5) years of progressively responsible higher education or closely related professional experience • Supervision experience of professional staff preferred • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (especially, Word & Excel), CARS, CX integrated database or equivalent databases • Advanced advising skills, effective organization and written and oral communication skills • Sensitivity to cultural diversity and ability to communicate and interact effectively with people of all ages and diverse background • Ability to exercise discretion and tact in all interpersonal contacts, and to always maintain confidentiality • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player
