📋 Description
• As the Head of Finance at Creatunity LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our rapidly growing company. • You will oversee all financial activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company's growth and ensuring fiscal responsibility. • You will collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights, and develop strategies to support our ambitious growth targets. • Experience in a Head of Finance or similar role in a D2C e-commerce company with revenue of over $100 million is a must.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. • 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. • Experience in a Head of Finance or similar role in a D2C e-commerce company with revenue of over $100 million is a must. • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management. • Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex financial issues. • Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with financial software and tools (e.g., ERP, financial modeling software). • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial processes.
