• Support end-to-end SFMC processes, including complex campaign setup, maintenance, system administration, and data hygiene • Develop and maintain email templates using HTML/CSS, MJML, and AMPScript • Create SQL queries and filters for precise audience segmentation • Design and execute multi-touch customer journeys using SFMC • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for teams using SFMC, including managing support cases with Salesforce • Support the technical development of data integrations and process automations • Maintain data hygiene according to industry best practices • Proactively suggest process and system improvements to enhance SFMC’s functionality • Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, product, legal, and finance to define technical requirements, create prototypes, test, deploy, document, and report on performance • Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to create dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns • Evangelize the spirit of transformation across the team to ensure continuous improvement in our marketing operations • Establish strong relationships across partners (business, creative, MarTech, data, operations) to deliver efficient and effective campaigns

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience with an email marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Iterable, Braze, Hubspot, etc.) • Proficiency in HTML/CSS required • Knowledge of SQL fundamentals and the ability to update and maintain Relational Data Models preferred • Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations is a plus • Experience with Salesforce products, particularly Marketing Cloud and CRM • Understanding of the data privacy landscape (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, CASL) and the importance of PII • Prior experience in project/program management and familiarity with Agile Methodology and Jira • Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Detail-oriented with a passion for learning new technologies • Collaborative, innovative, and flexible team-oriented mindset
