• Coordinate sales strategy across regional sales resources consisting of direct outside sales personnel, Manufacturers Reps, and distributors • Utilize data mining and analytics to identify new market / customer opportunities • Actively manage the demand creation pipeline • Achieve or exceed region sales and gross margin targets • Maintain active and regular territory visit schedule • Coordinate across SV functional departments, and Amphenol divisions, to maximize capture rate on new opportunities and ensure repeat business • Provide project management oversight on customer business execution as needed • Prepare and present monthly forecast • Create and execute the sales elements of the multi-year Strategic Plan
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business • Self-starter with focused analytical problem-solving skills • 5 to 10 years of technical sales experience in the Electronics industry; RF/MW industry experience preferred but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as computer and presentation skills (Excel / PowerPoint) • Ability to travel 50% with overnight stays • Must be a US Person (including US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or eligible to obtain required authorizations(s) from the U.S. Government)
