β€’ Help define sales process for our growing organization. β€’ Customize sales presentations and communications as necessary, being the key touchpoint for the prospect from the middle of the sales funnel through closing. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key clients, influencers, and decision-makers. β€’ Conduct market research to inform sales presentations, stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activities. β€’ Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our solutions meet client needs and industry standards. β€’ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams. β€’ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. β€’ Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management. β€’ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and products.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. β€’ 3-5 years of sales and/or business development experience in the creator industry. β€’ Strong knowledge and understanding of platforms that serve creators (this can be industry-specific ie: music platforms). β€’ Understanding of creator banking and payout solutions. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. β€’ Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Willingness to travel as required.
