Description

• Help define sales process for our growing organization. • Customize sales presentations and communications as necessary, being the key touchpoint for the prospect from the middle of the sales funnel through closing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key clients, influencers, and decision-makers. • Conduct market research to inform sales presentations, stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activities. • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our solutions meet client needs and industry standards. • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management. • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. • 3-5 years of sales and/or business development experience in the creator industry. • Strong knowledge and understanding of platforms that serve creators (this can be industry-specific ie: music platforms). • Understanding of creator banking and payout solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as required.
