β€’ We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in real estate. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients in the real estate industry. β€’ Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to engage potential real estate clients. β€’ Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers, including brokers, property managers, and real estate investors. β€’ Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their challenges. β€’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system. β€’ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. β€’ Continuously research the real estate market to identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry. β€’ Strong understanding of the real estate market, including terminology, trends, and key stakeholders. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. β€’ Self-driven and highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and sales outreach tools. β€’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and focused on results. β€’ Experience working with real estate technology platforms (PropTech) or related solutions. β€’ A network of contacts within the real estate industry is a plus. β€’ Familiarity with real estate lead generation and nurturing strategies.
