• We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to engage with clients and prospects, nurture relationships, and support business development efforts. • This role involves managing appointment scheduling for the Business Development Manager (BDM), updating CRM systems, and maintaining an organized and dynamic sales pipeline. • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and skilled at fostering connections to drive sales opportunities. • Engage with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and identify potential opportunities. • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM). • Update and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate and current prospect and client information. • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring it remains organized and up to date. • Conduct follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and progress through the sales process. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handoffs. • Provide reports and updates on pipeline status and engagement activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement. • Proficiency in using CRM systems for data management and reporting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to improving sales processes. • Experience in appointment scheduling and pipeline management is an advantage.
