• About Us: At Sully.ai, we're not just building AI – we're redefining the future of how healthcare is delivered. • What You'll Do: As an SDR at Sully.ai, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-value meetings with healthcare decision-makers. • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, research, and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. • Initial Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to our products/services. • Schedule Meetings: Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine messaging, product offerings, and sales strategies. • Meet and Exceed Goals: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings set.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries. • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Persistence and Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies. • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals.
