Description

• Cribl is a serious company that doesn’t take itself too seriously • We’re looking for collaborative, curious, and motivated team members • Manage program schedules, identifying risks, and communicating them to stakeholders • Key contributor to the success of the Product and Engineering teams • Shape the future of Technical Program Management at Cribl • Partner with SRE and Infrastructure engineering teams to drive cross team initiatives • Provide technical leadership for engineering programs and lead end to end delivery • Develop and implement incident management procedures

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of leadership experience on software teams as Development Manager or TPM • Experience delivering complex projects or solutions that span different groups within an organization • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to present to all levels • Experience influencing senior leadership and technical management teams • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks • Hands-on experience with Jira or Confluence, ideally as an administrator
