• Lead evolution and execution of medical and scientific learning resources • Collaborate to develop Integrated Learning Plans • Develop training material for Field MSLs • Create a training platform for medical affairs • Utilize adult learning principles for effective content delivery • Ensure timely development of medical learning content • Execute a blended learning approach for training • Collaborate with Leadership Development team • Pilot innovative learning techniques • Review and assess impact of learning deliverables
Requirements
• Advanced Scientific Degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, or NP) required • At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years of prior MSL or related pharmaceutical industry experience (clinical experience highly preferred) • 8 years in a supervisory or leadership role • Strong scientific background • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Strong individual project management skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of Pharma regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines • Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Word proficiency • Basic MS Excel proficiency
