β’ Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention by empowering a community of trained volunteers to support people in their moments of need. β’ Our mission is at the intersection of empathy and innovation β we promote mental well-being for people wherever they are. β’ Our vision is an empathetic world where nobody feels alone. β’ Our core values are at the heart of all we do: connect with empathy, center equity, get it done together, and reflect and evolve. β’ Crisis Text Line offers mental health support in both Spanish and English. In order to provide the service in both languages, our bilingual staff are responsible to provide both Spanish and English support, based on business needs, thus time spent on both services will vary. β’ These bilingual roles require mental flexibility and the ability to easily oscillate between both languages fluidly. β’ As the Bilingual Quality Improvement Analyst, you will work closely with the Compliance and Localization Specialist, conversation-takers, and staff reviewers to provide consistent 988 Quality Improvement support to ensure timely agreement compliance. β’ You will also collaborate with Volunteer Experience Success Coaches to facilitate effective feedback for conversation-takers/responders. β’ You will provide quality assurance oversight into conversations between a texter and a volunteer.
β’ 2+ years of professional crisis intervention experience beyond volunteerism β’ Fluency: Verbal and written Spanish and English β’ Intermediate knowledge of quality improvement and quality assurance processes β’ Willingness to complete updated volunteer Crisis Counselor training β’ Demonstrates commitment to equity and inclusion β’ Intermediate G-suite, computer, internet, & technical skills β’ Reliable High-Speed Internet Required: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration, virtual meetings, online job tasks, etc.
