Description
• Supervisors provide real-time guidance to remote volunteer Crisis Counselors. • Handle high-risk situations, including active rescues and mandatory reports. • Offer support in both English and Spanish based on business needs.
Requirements
• 3+ years of crisis intervention work experience beyond volunteerism. • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & verbal). • Ability to work flexible shifts up to 26 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
