📋 Description
• Position Roast & Commerce products in the market. • Serve as interface between Product Management and Commercial teams. • Develop Go-to-Market strategies with sales and marketing. • Conduct market research and analysis. • Increase product adoption and cross-selling opportunities. • Execute marketing campaigns aligned with objectives. • Provide sales team with tools and training.
🎯 Requirements
• A deep understanding of the coffee industry, including operations such as coffee roastery, farming, processing, export, or import. • Significant experience in product marketing, including market and competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and product positioning. Ideally in the coffee or SaaS industries. • Strong communication, content creation, and public speaking skills. • A business and analytical mindset; ambitious and results oriented with strong quantitative skills and a keen attention to detail. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with other departments to drive results. • Fluency in English. • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be particularly delighted. • Experience working with Cropster’s products and an understanding of their workflows. • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and experience managing product launches and go-to-market campaigns. • Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms. • International experience would prove beneficial.
