Requirements

• Prior experience managing client and/or internal teams by guiding performance against objectives, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation. • Experience and proficiency advising clients on modernizing their data architecture and using data analytics tools for cleansing and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx). • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall). • Understanding of key finance (and other) processes like Lead to Cash / Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire. • Experience in supporting Large Enterprise organizations, Private Equity portfolio companies or Private Equity sponsors preferred. • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and guiding project teams in resolving complex and multi-faceted issues. • Passionate about building, developing, motivating, and leading others.
