📋 Description

• Oversee the handling of all employee relations matters for the organization including employee investigations and provide recommendations to managers and the Chief People Officer. • Work with managers to develop corrective action plans and document performance as needed. • Lead all talent management and succession planning initiatives and provide strategic guidance to managers and department leaders regarding all human capital needs. • Ensure that the organization has created proper career paths and has a strong talent pipeline across all departments. • Lead performance management discussions and annual review process. • Lead a best-in-class talent acquisition function for the organization and create a compelling employee value proposition. • Ensure that relevant KPIs are being met. • Provide strategic advice around compensation to all people leaders. • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations. • Make process improvement recommendations and system improvement recommendations. • Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and people needs for other departments. • Serve as a strategic advisor and counselor for all business partners. • Travel to centers as needed to meet with team members and business partners. • Special projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience is required • Experience serving employees who are geographically dispersed is preferred • Strong employee relations, employee investigation and talent management experience • Healthcare experience is a plus
