📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership as primary advocate for Customer Success • Develop and manage a prescriptive customer adoption and value journey including relevant metrics and dashboards to provide insights for internal and external customers • Work with product teams to ensure new features and releases are properly documented and communicated to front-line teams • Create and curate customer facing content including Best Practice Guides, Practitioner Guides, Webinars and Knowledge Base articles to drive self-service success • Identity skill requirements and gaps and work with the training team to maintain an up to date employee enablement plan

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in designing, implementing and/or administering threat exposure (vulnerability) management • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices and related technologies • 4-year Degree from an Accredited institution • 5+ years experience in the public or private sector as an engineer, analyst, architect, administrator or manager of the key technologies. • Experience in Knowledge Management, Training Development, Public Speaking, Technical Writing • Ability to communicate and articulate crisply at all levels from executive staff to engineers • Ability and desire to being hands on as well as leading the team and collaborating cross functionally
