• Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy, both short and long-term, that articulates a clear and compelling vision for our digital platforms, enhances the internal user experience, grows external user engagement, and modernizes our capabilities and in-house talent. • Strategic planning & leadership • Advance the maturity of marketing platforms and tools, including DAM, CMS, CDP, email marketing systems, and analytics tools to deliver on the strategic goals for Marketing IT & Crowdstrike. • Cultivate and lead a collaborative relationship with other parts of IT organization to ensure proper exploration, implementation, development, and maintenance of supporting marketing technologies. • Develop, track, and execute a product roadmap for evolving the marketing technology stack • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the company to foster productive relationships, improve communication, and inform the development of systems and resources. • Ensure consistent tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance • Lead and manage the marketing technology team, including web developers, business system analysts, system administrators and QA. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting professional growth. • Develop hands-on expertise in the systems and tools to manage the people and work with precision and expertise. • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending new tools and platforms as necessary • Lead RFP processes for selecting new marketing technologies and platforms • Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the company gets the best value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or IT with a focus on marketing platforms and tools • 5+ years of experience of managing, leading, mentoring & growing global technology team • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM Site, AEM Assets, Analytics, Target, Launch, Multi Site Manager, CDP etc.) • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Adobe Document Cloud will be added plus • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion • Experience assessing value-effort-timelines tradeoff & make prioritization decisions • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details • Proven track record of implementing new marketing technologies and achieving measurable business results • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technology concepts to non-technical stakeholder • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
