📋 Description

• Lead go-to-market strategy for Identity Protection and SSPM. • Develop sharp, differentiated messaging showcasing customer outcomes and product capabilities. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of PMMs. • Drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth through targeted marketing programs. • Own and execute successful product launches across product, sales, marketing, and alliances. • Oversee high-impact content development including sales collateral and blogs. • Equip sales teams with compelling messaging, training, and tools. • Analyze market needs and competitive positioning to inform strategy. • Collaborate to define and execute go-to-market strategies. • Shape the long-term vision for Identity Protection & SSPM with executive leadership. • Represent CrowdStrike as a thought leader in various engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, product marketing, technical PMM, product management or B2B SaaS. • Proven leadership experience, managing teams of Directors, Sr. Managers, and ICs in high-growth environments. • Deep expertise in two or more additional areas of cybersecurity beyond Identity Protection and SaaS Security, such as endpoint protection, threat intelligence, data protection, or SIEM • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – Ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – Comfort working with executives, sales, product, and engineering teams. • Self-starter with high energy – Operates with urgency, intensity, and a growth mindset. • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in high-visibility, fast-paced environments. • Creative problem-solving mindset – Able to develop innovative solutions and drive impact. • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing (MBA preferred).
