Description

• CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Machine Learning Software Engineering to join the team • This role will be responsible for leading ML deployments and delivering the next gen engine technology • You will help drive and deliver on the technical strategy and roadmap and will be responsible for mentoring the team • You will be instrumental in the hiring, retaining and growth of our world class Engineers

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • Good understanding of cybersecurity • Experience in Rust, C, C++, Python • Comfortable with Windows, macOS and Linux platforms • Experience with on-premise software development methodologies • Experience with shipping high quality software on endpoints • Familiarity with ML deployments on endpoints and cloud environments • Familiarity with file formats like PE, ELF, Mach-O, MS Office, Zip, Packers etc. • Familiarity with machine learning and feature engineering • Ability to work with a multi-time zone team (US, UK and India) • Demonstrated track record of building a strong core engineering team including management • 10+ years of software engineering experience in all phases of a software development lifecycle • 3+ years of hands-on management experience leading Engineers • Solid design and problem solving skills with demonstrated passion for engineering excellence, quality, security and performance • Strong cross-group collaboration and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work with a variety of roles including product management, support and sales engineering • Demonstrated ability to attract and hire talent and grow the team rapidly • Experience working with remote teams and individuals while ensuring agility and code velocity • Ability and desire to being hands on as well as leading the team and collaborating cross functionally
