Description
• The Sales Commissions Data Analyst intern will contribute to a dynamic and rapidly growing team. • Responsibilities include constructing dashboards that illustrate the effectiveness of Sales Commission Plans. • Creating Quick Reference Guides for internal and commercial teams, aiding in commission-related processes.
Requirements
• Pursuing a Master or MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Data analytics, or related field • Graduating no earlier than December 2025 • Possess a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership of work • An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects • Proficient in Tableau, Snowflake and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail • Plus, familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data sampling techniques
