Description

β€’ CrowdStrike is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our fast growing Customer Applications team. β€’ Partner with business stakeholders in driving business requirements gathering sessions, help plan and prioritization of various requests and setting pragmatic expectations. β€’ Independently prepare process design, develop user stories, functional test, plan and execute UAT and create enablement materials. β€’ Provide strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills. β€’ Own functional tasks and deliverables including process definition, requirements gathering, functional design creation, testing, etc. β€’ Create and maintain project, application and design documents leveraging Salesforce development best practices. β€’ Generate reports that accurately represent the application's KPIs.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) β€’ 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 1 year of Salesforce administration experience β€’ Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior stakeholders β€’ Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred but not required β€’ Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience β€’ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario β€’ Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, ecosystem and best-practices
