Description

• As the Business Systems Analyst supporting Neo4j’s Finance team, you will analyze business processes. • You’ll identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and growth. • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders like Revenue Operations, Account Receivables, Deal Desk, and Product Management (Billing). • Ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in managing and administering Order-to-Cash applications (Netsuite, Salesforce, Certinia, Workday, revenue accounting systems like Netsuite ARM) • Experience in multiple aspects of a full-scale implementation: vendor selection, requirements gathering, architectural design, user acceptance testing, and rollout training. • Understanding and demonstrated experience with current revenue recognition guidance under ASC 606. • Domain expertise in the customer and transaction lifecycle from New Product Introductions through Revenue Reporting. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally. • Strong quantitative critical thinking skills. Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of ambiguity. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus.
