β’ As a part of IT Team, partner with Procure-to-Pay Business Stakeholders to define and document business process requirements based on Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and other finance business applications. β’ Lead solution design of finance applications future state vision, identification of IT Finance initiatives and development of finance application roadmap for Procure-to-Pay process area. β’ Work closely with PMO and Finance Transformation to define finance systems strategy, deliver new and enhance existing finance systems. β’ Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements. β’ Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards and other business analytics. β’ Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of finance tools and technology.
β’ Solid understanding of global Procure-to-Pay processes including Vendor Management, Vendor Bill processing, AP processing. β’ Good knowledge of SDLC process. β’ SaaS industry experience. β’ A proven track record of owning, planning and delivering finance application projects. β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders. β’ Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities. β’ Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement. β’ Knowledge of other finance applications such as SAP, SFDC, Blackline (bonus). β’ Prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience for Procure-to-Pay process area (bonus). β’ Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company (bonus).
