📋 Description
• The Accounting Manager will be assigned to work with a variety of clients from both charter schools and non-profit organizations. • Monitor and analyze revenue and expenses. • Review, consolidate, and prepare the schedules for annual audits. • Summarize and report on the current financial status. • Manage the work of the accounting team. • Engage and consult with client leadership on financial management. • Manage and execute the full scope of audits for multiple clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 6+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial management experience. • 3+ years prior experience managing and prioritizing the work of direct reports or project team members. • Prior experience working in a non-profit is required. • Prior management of multiple projects and clients is preferred. • Prior experience working in a school, or socially responsible organization is preferred.
