🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience •Proven track record of success in capture management, business development, or related roles within the defense contracting industry •Experience with federal acquisition regulations and government procurement processes •An inherent self-starter who is self-motivated with strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills •Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities. •Requires the ability to effectively work in a fast paced, high demand environment with a determination for success through effective business development methodologies •High degree of integrity when dealing with sensitive or proprietary information •A solid history of relevant experience working for a Defense Contractor is required •Occasional travel will be required
