• Responsible for EDB/IVM Product project operations and maintenance activities. • AITC support needed for operations management, scheduling coordination, production implementation. • Control deployment of hardware/software into production. • Ensure availability of resources for deployment. • Document outstanding workarounds and defects. • Plan and oversee rollout of software and related hardware. • Application budget review and analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• General knowledge of IT Technology and VA business services. • Software development life cycle, including testing, change management tracking, and documentation. • Familiar with ITIL roles: Configuration Management, Change Management, Release Management. • Familiar with project management procedures.
