• Provide strategic guidance, project management, and independent advisory services for ERP implementation and administrative transformation projects to achieve high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, helping them navigate complex decision-making, risk management, and issue resolution. • Manage multiple client engagements, delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance groups, and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and strategic decision-making. • Continuously refine and enhance our ERP transformation methodology to maximize value for clients. • Support consulting engagements with the full ERP lifecycle: assessment and planning, vendor selection, implementation, and optimization. • Develop, review, edit, and oversee the development of written deliverables. • 10+ years of professional experience in management or IT consulting, higher education administration, or related fields. • Proven experience leading multiple ERP transformations (Workday, Oracle Cloud, Ellucian Banner, PeopleSoft) as a program manager, project leader, or independent advisor. • Strong understanding of higher education business processes (Student, HR, Finance) and administrative systems. • Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring consulting teams. • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-year initiatives. • Excellent client relationship management and executive communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with national travel as needed. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g., MBA, M.Ed., Higher Education Administration, Information Systems) preferred.
