Description
• Analyzes functional and technical requirements of proposed or existing IT systems. • Prepares system change/programming specifications. • Prepares technical design documents and participates in critical design reviews. • Analyzes and resolves system or software failures. • Prepares and executes tests for system or subsystem software validation.
Requirements
• 5 years’ experience in Mainframe IDMS and COBOL • A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Preferred Skills: Experience with DoD financial systems, Familiarity of Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS) and Standard Line of Accounting (SLOA), Experience with Endevor.
