• Curriculum Developers work closely with other subject-matter experts to produce immersive and engaging learning materials. • Design and develop educational content (video scripts, assessments, and written materials) for K-5 students. • Ensure content is engaging, age-appropriate, and accessible for students. • Continuously evaluate and refine content based on feedback and educational outcomes. • Collaborate on special projects and assignments.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience at the K-5 level. • A minimum of 1 year developing curriculum or lesson materials at the K-5 level. • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field. • Knowledge of the structure of an effective lesson. • Familiarity with writing lesson objectives and aligning material to meet objectives. • Ability to differentiate instruction to make learning accessible, engaging, and age-appropriate. • Strong understanding of what makes a lesson engaging. • Experience using technology to support instruction, including Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially written. • Growth mindset and motivated by constructive feedback. • Proven ability to work independently, manage schedules, and meet deadlines. • High motivation, a proactive attitude, and a tendency to seek opportunities for continuous improvement. • High standards of integrity and transparency. • Access to a computer/laptop (with camera) and reliable high-speed internet connection.
