• Join an industry-leading group of software companies within Constellation Software Inc. • Collaborate with the Gemini business units' management teams to design and execute marketing programs. • Drive Gemini Group's growth and brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with BU Presidents and management teams. • Lead and mentor the marketing team. • Oversee budget, expense reporting, and KPIs at the BU level. • Recruit and onboard top marketing talent. • Monitor and optimize multi-channel marketing performance and campaign effectiveness. • Engage with customers and partners, and conduct relevant market research. • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers.
Requirements
• 6- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of leadership. • Self-starter with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset. • Creative thinker with the ability to develop out-of-the-box solutions. • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in technology marketing is essential.
