Description

β€’ Provide exceptional customer support for clients with technical issues. β€’ Rapidly gain expertise with software products. β€’ Under supervision, receive and record calls (tickets) for support on various software related issues. β€’ Provide Technical Support via telephone, email, and chat. β€’ Assist clients with troubleshooting issues. β€’ Enter and maintain detailed documentation. β€’ Track and monitor problems for timely resolution. β€’ Gather, document, and present detailed documentation on researched issues.

Requirements

β€’ At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer centric role with RV/Marine dealership is mandatory. β€’ Experience supporting business application software including retail, ERP, CRM or other related types of business software systems. β€’ An understanding of CRM, accounting, or retail dealership operations preferred. β€’ Thorough understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office suite. β€’ Excellent communication (written and verbal), customer service, and organization skills. β€’ Analytical ability; troubleshooting process knowledge. β€’ College or University degree preferred.
