📋 Description

• The Director of Operations position oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision. • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions. • Is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of delivering customer-intimate support to our customers with a goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction; customer projects with a goal of On-time and On-budget; and managing all the employees, 3rd party contractors, and any Contour employees working for the MOPSsys Inc. team. • This position requires excellent management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in IT or Business Administration or Engineering or have held a similar position with like experience for at least 10 years. • Knowledge of pulp and paper industry. • Knowledge of process control and data historian systems. • Customer Service and IT and Process Control background. • Understanding the critical nature of a 24x7 manufacturing environments. • Working knowledge of software development life cycles. • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work professionally and productively with all levels of employees, management and senior management in various departments. • Must possess and demonstrate core values such as mutual respect, personal integrity, and honesty.
