β’ Join an industry-leading software company and enjoy the entrepreneurial environment of a fast-paced team while benefiting from the stability and resources of a large, publicly traded organization, Constellation Software Inc. β’ We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and adoption of our automotive repair solutions. β’ In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of products in your portfolio, from ideation through to launch and beyond. β’ This requires effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and ensuring alignment between product development, business objectives, and customer needs. β’ As a key internal resource, you will oversee the product development process, ensuring that all teams adhere to timelines, meet milestones, and deliver high-quality products that create value for the organization and our customers.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Agile development best practices. β’ Experience working with customers in their environment to gather requirements and translate customer needs into user stories and functional solutions. β’ Strong external communication skills, with the ability to effectively promote, sell, and train the product. β’ Experience working with internal teams to successfully launch new products and enhance existing ones. β’ Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to train and guide cross-functional teams on product features and delivery processes. β’ Proven experience in leading product development, communicating timelines, and ensuring the alignment of different departments. β’ Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices in product management. β’ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple internal projects simultaneously. β’ Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on hitting key milestones and deadlines. β’ Preferred Skills: β’ Experience in automotive repair software or similar industry. β’ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CRM systems. β’ Relevant college degree (Computer Science, etc) or equivalent experience β’ Pragmatic Marketing Certification or similar.
