Description

• Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. • Plans and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery. • Manages technical project initiation through delivery. • Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables. • Identifies needed resources for projects; defines and assigns major project roles. • Assigns and monitors the work of project team, providing technical and analytical support and direction. • Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals are achieved. • Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed. • Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups. • Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate project acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. • Requires 10+ years of project management experience. • Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM, ACP, CPM, etc.). • Mortgage industry experience. • Experience with Dark Matter products, services, and capabilities. • Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles. • Advanced skill in the use of project management software. • Skill in managing project budgets, forecasting, and creating timelines.
