📋 Description
•Responsible for managing business relationships with clients and prospects •Supports sales and distribution cycle including quoting, order confirmation, and invoicing •Aids customers in making informed purchase decisions •Interacts with clients in a professional manner •Creates and tracks quotes within CRM tools •Partners with sales managers to fulfill sales objectives •Provides product information and analysis •Collaborates with accounting to resolve issues •Assists with sales and marketing projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
•5-8 years of B2B sales support, account management, or client services experience •Solar Industry experience a plus but not required •Bachelor’s degree preferred •Proficient with Salesforce (or similar CRM software) •Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) •Excellent customer service skills •Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionally •Results oriented, organized, highly motivated, and creative •Ability to prioritize and multi-task •Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
