πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will be part of a team responsible for acquiring, retaining, and accelerating category growth for Staples customers, including the Print, Promotional & Services space through engaging both warm and cold leads in accordance with the program strategy. β€’ Conduct outbound calls from various lead sources and solicit opportunities from each contact. β€’ You will be responsible for engaging and managing a book of business or key Staples Retail customers, delivering a positive experience to both customers and business partners, as well as delivering on sales goals and initiative through inbound and outbound initiatives. β€’ Collect marketing intelligence and customer data as required to build a customer and company profile. β€’ You will also be responsible for managing, sourcing, and provide accurate print quotes while developing relationships that lead to additional revenue for Staples and commission for you. β€’ Must be energetic, organized, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High School diploma or equivalent β€’ Strong organization, prioritization, follow-up, and time management skills are a must β€’ Professional and effective written and verbal documentation/communication skills β€’ Self-starter, problem solver, task/results oriented β€’ Thrive in fast-paced and changing environment β€’ Proven ability to sell as part of a team β€’ Comfortable with financial sales tracking and analysis β€’ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook β€’ Coachable, adaptable, able to incorporate feedback and changes quickly
