Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred β€’ Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative β€’ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening β€’ Stellar communication skills β€’ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
