• Perform full life cycle recruiting • Maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and sourcing channels • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting • Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels ranging from new grads to staff • Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems • Fundamental sourcing skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
