• Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements • Identify and source technical talent • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews • Delivery of high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. • This individual will source passive candidates and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and other sourcing channels.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting or technical sourcing experience • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Hands-on experience recruiting/sourcing for all levels ranging from new grads to staff • Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems • Fundamental sourcing skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
