🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years experience managing and leading an account management or similar team in the social and/or creator marketing industry or an agency or media company • a creative and strategic mindset that is eager to be applied to various business development initiatives on any given day • proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities • enthusiasm for and understanding of creators, brands, their culture and helping them succeed • strong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment • passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spirit • experience with affiliate or loyalty programs a plus • must be a self starter and creative problem solver
