Description

• As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our international sales team, focused on driving growth and building strong client relationships within the DACH region. • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the DACH region. • Support the creation and execution of sales strategies and project plans, including pricing structures. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region. • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client objectives. • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and road shows.

Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field. • You have 3-5 years of experience in software sales, ideally with a background in SaaS, telecom, or utilities. • You are experienced in developing and scaling channel partnerships, preferably within the German-speaking region. • You possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • You are capable of working independently and as part of a team. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities. • You have a proactive approach to learning and professional growth. • You are business fluent in German and English.
