Description

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test OTM functionalities. • Contribute to design meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements. • Configure OTM functionalities to meet client-specific needs. • Lead data loading and system testing activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Coordinate integration mapping activities between OTM and other systems. • Work closely with offshore teams to ensure efficient project execution. • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with customer resources. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of transportation processes, regulations, and industry best practices. • Experience in configuring and implementing OTM solutions. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
